This is a 4 Part in person series, called Grow & Glow: Taming Anxiety and Unlocking Emotional Flow.
It will include fun experiential training that will get you into your body, to learn regulation tools, calm your thoughts, manage your emotions, and overall feel the Glow in your body.
Led by Brandy Benton, MSOD, Anxiety & Emotional Regulation Coach.

Bring:
- Open mind & be ready to explore & learn more about yourself
- Journal and pen. There will be blank ones available for those that need them.
- Comfy clothes (there will be some movement but not rigorous)
S1. Nervous System Foundations: Exploring, Why Do I Feel Like This?
The ups and downs of the nervous system can be so perplexing. One moment you’re in flow, the next keyed up and anxious. What gives? In this session experience and witness the up and down cycle that naturally happens in your body, and gain tools that work specifically for you.
Agenda:
11:00 am - 11:15 am: Arrival into the space, introduction
11:15 am - 12:00 pm: Discussion and Practice
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm: Social Time
We will be set up in a circle in the backyard with chairs. If the weather is inclement we will move inside into the living room.
Note: Anyone who has RSVP'd for a private event previously and been a "No-show" will be automatically added to a waitlist to allow other members a chance to attend.
