This is Session 3 of the 4 Part series Grow & Glow: Taming Anxiety and Unlocking Emotional Flow. (But don't worry, each session is a standalone. Come to one or all.)
Emotions are both one of the most challenging and most incredible part of being alive. In this session learn how to tap into your emotions without getting washed away by them. Experience a method to alchemize sadness, anxiety and anger and begin to more confidently experience your emotions.
No boring lectures! Plenty of partner activities and experiential learning.

Bring:
- Open mind & be ready to explore & learn more about yourself
- Journal and pen. There will be blank ones available for those that need them.
- Comfy clothes (there will be some movement but not rigorous)
Agenda:
11:00 am - 11:15 am: Arrival into the space, introduction
11:15 am - 12:00 pm: Discussion and Practice
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm: Social Time
We will be set up in a circle in the backyard with chairs. If the weather is inclement we will move inside into the living room.
Note: Anyone who has RSVP'd for a private event previously and been a "No-show" will be automatically added to a waitlist to allow other members a chance to attend.
