This is Session 4 of the 4 Part series Grow & Glow: Taming Anxiety and Unlocking Emotional Flow. (But don't worry, each session is a standalone. Come to one or all.)
Anxiety is pervasive, and for good reason. There are so many things to be anxious about, not to mention did you know anxiety is catching? Yep, one anxious person in a room can give anxiety to everyone in the room. In this session, you get to try out some tools to listen to and ease your anxious mind as well turn down the dial.
No boring lectures! Plenty of partner activities and experiential learning.

Bring:
- Open mind & be ready to explore & learn more about yourself
- Journal and pen. There will be blank ones available for those that need them.
- Comfy clothes (there will be some movement but not rigorous)
Agenda:
11:00 am - 11:15 am: Arrival into the space, introduction
11:15 am - 12:00 pm: Discussion and Practice
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm: Social Time

Note: Anyone who has RSVP'd for a private event previously and been a "No-show" will be automatically added to a waitlist to allow other members a chance to attend.
