Join us for a long weekend (three nights full board) at Peveril of the Peak Country House (Dovedale -> 1.5hrs, 50 miles from Leicester) run by the long established walking holiday company HF holidays (hfholidays.co.uk). Cost
Currently showing as £414 per person on the HF website for either standard single rooms or double/twin rooms (room upgrades are available for the double/twin rooms only - see HF website for costs)
There is a non-member fee of £30 to go on top, unless you are a member of HF (or join HF when booking this - costs £100 to join for life). Take a look at the HF website for further details.
Currently (as of Weds 25th of September) there appears to be good availability.
You’ll need some decent walking boots/shoes, waterproofs (it’s mid November!) and a few quid to pay your bar bill. I’ve been on these before and the accommodation is always reasonable and the food generally very good.
