WE are NOT ACCEPTING NEW MEMBERS AT THIS TIME.......Our group is limited to 50 members so we can all become better acquainted. Please try again at a later date. We do not maintain a “Waiting List”. We occasionally have openings but have no plans to enlarge the group at this point.
We are a group of women Baby Boomers ( Baby Boomers are the generation generally defined as people born from 1946 to 1964, during the post-World War II Baby Boom who live or like activities on the East side.
We hope to bring together women new to our community, newly “single”, or any ladies wanting to learn a new skill, get some exercise, or to get out and make new friends. Though I focus on hosting on Tucson's East side and Tucson central area, there will also be events of any particular interest included as requested. Tucson is an incredibly diverse and unique area of the country!

(Fine Print)
Greetings everyone!
I’d like to clarify several things about the group and the way it will function.
Membership Dues:
$ 10.00 per calendar year after a 30 day free trial period to determine if this is the group for you. These funds will be used to pay the Meetup application use fee.
RSVPs:
It is not only kind and considerate but very helpful for you to change your RSVP from a “Yes” to a “No” as soon as you know you have a conflict for the date of the event. There are typically others on the event waiting list that would like to take your spot if vacated in a timely manner. In addition, we are required to give the venue twenty-four hours advance notice of the headcount for the appropriate staffing levels. A lot of planning goes into an event such as arrangements for a private room and separate checks, etc. That being said, this group requires a twenty-four hour cancellation notification; exceptions for medical emergencies and illness only, but not for your lack of planning. Consideration is Mandatory ! RSVP cancellation less than twenty-four hours before an event will count as a “no-show”.
Membership Termination: Because of the demand for membership, we must adhere to a rather strict set of rules regarding attendance.
You will be removed from the group for the following reasons:
· Two “No Shows 😫
· Inactive/Non-Attendance: You must attend at least one event every two months (60 days) in order to keep your active status. 😣
