We have just returned from this years Big Church Festival and wow.....it was amazing. If you like your Christian music, this is an event you cannot miss! This year 30,000 Christians gathered to worship to just about every genre of music available - folk, traditional, rock, pop and even some Christian electro! From next year, the event is moving to the August bank holiday and will be held over 3 days at the same venue in Wiston Estate, Steyning, Sussex. If you like your music many of the names will be familiar - this year we heard Chris Tomlin, Rend Collective, We are messengers, Philippa Hannah and many many many more! Next years event plans to be even bigger and we will no doubt see many big artists come over the pond from the US. At this point, we would love to see if there is interest in attending as a group. The idea would be that we could arrange to go as a group and perhaps camp together in one area. Depending on numbers, we may even be able to arrange shared transport etc. If there are 10+ of us we will also get a group discount. One word of caution - if you want to come but camping is not your thing, you really would need to book accomodation very quickly (now) as it will get booked up very quickly. For now - we would love to see if there is some interest and from there we will arrange a zoom call at the end of June to go through some of the details - ticket prices, accomodation options etc - but definitley something we need to plan in advance and payment could be spread.
