They are a part of everyday living for millions or people. And these people have questions: Are their experiences real? What do they mean? How can a person have more experiences of the Divine?
Eckankar offers answers. It is an ancient spiritual teaching and a modern-day religion that offers spiritual techniques and resources for an individual to discover truth through personal experience.

Try something new! HU an ancient mantra and sacred sound, can be used by anyone for personal spiritual upliftment and expansion of awareness. Experience HU, the Sound of Soul.
This spiritual exercise can open the doors to higher states of consciousness and spiritual freedom.
We will start with an inspirational reading. Then you can sing/chant along with a 20-minute recording of hundreds of people singing and chanting HU.As the HU fades down, there will be a minute or two of quiet contemplation.
Then, conversation and fellowship after the event. You may ask questions, share your experiences from the HU, or remain silent.There will be snacks and conversation after the event, please feel free to bring guests. You may meet a new friend.
