Calling all aspiring ecovillagers, communitarians and cohousers,

We are planning another regular monthly meeting and potluck in Hillsborough. We will start with some light refreshments, discuss community topics and close with a potluck meal.

Please bring a dish, side, drink or dessert to share!

Featured guest: Antonio Valla of Uptown Development is joining us to shed light on partnering with developers as a potential cohousing strategy. He will share about his experiences in new construction and rehabs as well as lessons in creative financing.

Rob Dietz is the Program Director at Post Carbon Institute, co-host of the Crazy Town Podcast, and co-author of the bestselling book Enough Is Enough: Building a Sustainable Economy in a World of Finite Resources.

Rob lived for a dozen years in a cohousing ecovillage in Corvallis, Oregon. He’ll be joining us to share about his experience living there, and to talk about the pluses and minuses of living in an intentional community with sustainability aspirations.
