Larina has been holding Ecstatic Dance regularly on the island for the past 13 years! We now do a combination of in-person and online events!

We try to meet at outdoor locations and the event is open to ALL!
If we have never met before, please tell us a little about yourself (your interest in ecstatic dance, if you are new to the practice, etc.)

New to the practice? No experience is necessary, just a willingness to let go and move your body, guided by the music which is carefully selected and eclectic. Ecstatic Dance is free-form movement where we allow our bodies to express themselves without an agenda. It's a moving meditation practice that merges inner with outer worlds and encourages and celebrates connection between body and spirit.
