Tentative Itinerary :

Day 1 –

3:30 PM - Catch the train to Hubli

Day 2:-

• 6:00 AM Reach Hubli get into a hired vehicle and proceed to Viboothi Waterfalls (Breakfast On the way)
• 11:00 AM reach waterfalls and spend Good enough time in the waterfall. (Carry easy dry clothes and polythene bags to carry wet clothes)
• 3:00 PM After completing lunch start to Murudeshwar check in to stay and freshen up and visit the temple and enjoy the sunset near the temple
• Rest for the day…..

Day 3:-

• 6:00 AM Start to Honnavar boating After completing the Breakfast
• 10:00 AM Reaching Gokarna Will be spending some time on the beaches and covering the 3 beaches.
• 03:00 PM Start Dandeli
• Night stay in Dandeli dinner will be prepared during the time we reach there.

Day 4:

• Wake up early in the morning and go for a small walk in the jungle, freshen up, and start to do water sports.
• After completing the water sports we will be starting back to Hubli catch the train and start to Hyderabad.

Day5:
Reach Hyderabad by 10:AM

Important notes on Rafting:

– The status of White Water Rafting – whether it will happen or not – will only be announced by Forest/Dam authorities on Sunday morning.
– No one can promise it beforehand 100%

Anything not mentioned in Inclusions.
Food is not mentioned in the inclusions.
Cost due to any change of plans due to bad weather & emergency evacuations.

Things to Bring:

1. Thin blanket/Sleeping Bag
2. Torch / Flashlight / Headlight
3. 3 pairs of clothes( Preferable: 2 Pairs of Nylon clothes for water sports and one normal wear )
4. One Nightdress(Winter Wear)
5. Water bottles (2)
6. Toiletries kit ( Brush, Paste, Towel, Soap, Shampoo )
7. Extra Pair of Sandals or Shoes to wear for water sports
8. Snacks ( Cookies, Biscuits, Chocolates, Chips, Bread and Jam....etc)
9. Govt ID Proof
10. Please carry medicines if you need any

Note: Please Cooperate with Organizers to make the trip successful and memorable

Things to Remember:

a) Smoking and consumption of alcohol are prohibited.
b) Separate accommodation for Male and Female participants.
c) No littering
d) It's not a luxury trip. Be prepared to push your limits.
e) Everyone has to carry equipment, a tent, and mats along with them throughout the trek. (return them after the event)
f) Event Hosts have all the rights to add or remove any member and make necessary changes in route, activity, time, and duration depending on the strength composition of the team and weather conditions.
g) As people will have different choices of interests for food, we're not including food in the plan.
h)Water rides, jeep rides, and anything taken apart from the itinerary is self-payable.
i) Edge Adventures Club will reserve the right to cancel the trip or your participation in the trip if the agreement is violated. Let's be responsible travelers.
j) In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
k) Your seat might be in RAC, WL, or confirmed depending on the date you've paid the advance. If your ticket doesn't get confirmed after the chart preparation, we'll be booking a bus ticket and the difference amount will be collected. If train tickets are in RAC have to adjust with other co-passengers.

Guidelines: we strictly follow -the leave-no-trace policy ( even if it's a banana peel / or an orange peel ) no trace should be left.

• We try to make the travel arrangements as perfectly as possible but it doesn't happen every time and we have to seek an immediate alternate mode of transport, if you are a person who doesn't like to adjust we suggest you not RSVP.

Please be at the meetup point 30 minutes before.

It is your complete responsibility to be careful throughout the trek.

PS: Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled. But they can be transferred to your friends.
