THE EDINBURGH WALKS AND RANDON EVENTS [EWARE) Group 10th ANNIVERSARY BIG WEEKEND WALK - 20 MIILES LINEAR FROM NORTH BERWICK TO EAST LINTON BY COAST AND COUNTRYSIDE.
The route takes in beautiful coast and beaches such as Peffer and Ravensheugh Sands. We will wave to St. Baldred at Seacliffe and wander the deserted harbour heading onto Baldred"s Cradle at Tyninghame.
Then entering the Binning memorial woods and into Oak Woods to disvover the hidden pond and the Old Mansion House. The final 3 miles will conect and follow in the footsteps of John Muir on the John Muir Way to East Linton.
A long but "mostly" flat route; bring a pack lunch for a beach picnic.

There are good bus and train services from Edinburgh to North Berwick and returning from East Linton to Edinburgh.
