Rise Sister Rise Circle: guided sacred poetry writing

Dear sisters,

Let's celebrate the longest night of winter solstice by tapping into our own unconscious and birth it into awareness through sacred poetry.

We won’t use logic
We won’t use reasons
We won’t justify our feelings
We won’t judge our thoughts

Just pure tapping into the presence.
Let what needs to be uncovered, come out.

I will guide you, hold space for you, make you feel safe to let what needs to come out. We will start with ceremonial cacao & chants to enter the presence and free flow into guided writing.

If you feel the calling to uncover what's inside, come & lighten up.

Time:
17:30 onwards walk-in
We start at 18:00

Things you might want to take into account to make the circle experience even more comfortable are:

• Wear something light
• Bring water bottle, journal, pen
• A light blanket to sit on the floor
• Something warm to wrap yourself during the meditation if you feel like
• An item for the altar that you will take back as reminder of presence
