What we’re about
It's not a song circle, though we do a little of that.
We mainly write, arrange, and practice our own songs to form a "house band" for the Electric Maid, though our practices are open to the public, and anyone can join in. We have no auditions, and to quote Woody Allen, "80 percent of success is just showing up."
Our volume tends towards acoustic, but there is no actual rule.
We meet every Saturday at the Electric Maid from 3-6 unless the room is scheduled for a concert or paying event.
First Saturday of the month is a special invitation by SAW for songwriters to test their work.
