Welcome to Elephants In Distress Meetup! This group is for individuals who are passionate about advocating for the conservation and welfare of elephants. Join us as we raise awareness, organize fundraising events, and support initiatives to protect these magnificent creatures from threats such as poaching and habitat loss.
As a keystone species, elephants are necessary to our survival, providing a plethora of ecosystem services for our community here in Florida. The Myakka Elephant Ranch needs your help in securing grazing land and adequate water. Please Help them reach their goal of 100,000 by 2026.
