Krav Maga Meetup

Where something comfortable that you will be able to kick, punch, and sweat in. We will be going over some of the basics of self-defense (Striking techniques, Defensive tactics, and how to escape headlocks, chokes, and bear hugs).

The event is 45 minutes long so please bring some water and a towel. Come with an open mind and be prepared to learn something new.
