People ask all of the time...."How do I get more referrals?" Before asking this question, you have to ask yourself...."Am I referral worthy?"
Nothing beats referrals. But, the reality is that steady referrals are earned through trust, competency and relationship building. Do you have a referral mindset? When you embrace the idea that referrals are your life blood, and after you have taken all of the necessary action steps to be worthy of referrals, everything you do in your business will promote your goal of building a referral based business. The best place to start is by creating something worth referring. Just how good is your product or service? How responsive are you to issues and concerns? Do you keep promises? Do you under promise and over deliver?
There is nothing more valuable than a client who refers you. Referrals are the most cost effective strategy to generate new business.
