What we’re about
Connect with Authenticity. Heal Your Past. Discover Your Power.
Are you seeking a supportive community of like-minded men who are committed to growth and personal development? The Embodied Brotherhood Men's Circle is designed to help you build deeper connections, develop greater self-awareness, and establish a solid foundation for personal growth.
In today's fast-paced, high-pressure world, men are facing unprecedented challenges. Stress, isolation, and a lack of authentic connection can leave you feeling disconnected from your true self and others. The Embodied Brotherhood offers a solution.
What You Can Expect
- A space where you can drop the mask and be yourself.
- Radical acceptance of all your parts including your sadness, anger, fear, joy, laughter, pain and shame.
- Shedding the layers of societal conditioning and discovering your authentic self.
- Accountability - "Iron Sharpens Iron"
- Developing greater awareness and emotional resilience through ancient and modern practices.
- The realization that you are not alone with the issues you face…(yes, even that one you may be currently hiding)
What Exactly Do We Do?
Every week is different, but to keep it simple: We blend together Somatic (body-based) practices and community sharing.
Most men’s groups focus on talking. Which is an important first step! However, we’ve found that healing and transformation happen when we work with the body.
This is the foundation of Somatic Psychology & Embodied Men’s Work.
