Join us in sacred circle to let go of stuck energies and emotions in the body to receive healing through the power of the breath, energy work and sound activations. Sterling will gently guide the group through a style of holotropic breathwork that drops the body into an altered state of consciousness to support transformation and healing in all aspects. Following the breathwork session, Sterling will hold space for integration and sharing through journaling, discussion and tea ceremony.
