At Embodied Shifts we focus on burnout recovery and prevention, somatic practices, reconnecting to your needs, mental health and relationship dynamics.

With my somatic dance I focus on releasing control in the body through somatic dancing moves, it’s important to note that it is a safe space to be yourself, your healthiest weirdest version of yourself.

We praise authenticity and moving your body intuitively or following the instructor.

By dancing you release tension, stress, lower back pain and connect to yourself and your emotions.

It’s like therapy but a lot more fun... In this class you are invited to feel safe in your body and let your guard down in order to reconnect with your emotions and yourself (your needs and sensations). We do not push your boundaries this class is not a competition is a race towards your most authentic happy self.

It is great for release of stress, stuck adrenaline, burnout prevention and recovery, reconnecting with yourself, release of control, reinventing your creativity and trauma release without actually talking about it.

Open to everyone, from kids to elders, we embrace diversity and inclusion, (for teenagers and kids under 18 they need to be accompanied by their guardian)
