Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as "EFT" or "Tapping") is an effective and easy-to-learn technique that can help you reach the calmness and clarity you desire.
By focusing on a negative or limiting belief while "tapping" on (9) points of the Chinese meridian system, we are able to release negative thoughts and emotions and in doing so change our repetitive negative thought patterns.
Coupled with a powerful guided meditation, this can be an effective tool leading us to calmer, happier and healthier lives.
Due to COVID-19 we will not be meeting in the usual in-person "Tapping Circles" but will meet via zoom. A zoom link will be provided to each participant about 30 minutes prior to the start of the session. If you have a computer with a camera and mic you should be able to participate. Participants have the option to turn their cameras and mics on and off during the session.
Each session will last one hour and target a specific issue. Each session will include a brief introduction to EFT and several rounds of group tapping based on participants specific needs. Each will conclude with a guided imagery.
EFT is simple and easy to use. No previous knowledge is required. It is recommended that each participant be in a quiet, secluded, comfortable place where they will not be interrupted during the session. Dress comfortably and have a glass of water on hand. Some participants prefer to lay down during the meditation portion and are encouraged to do so.
