This group is specifically for adults with ADHD—diagnosed or self-identified—who are looking to connect, share experiences, and explore personal growth. Whether you’re navigating challenges, celebrating wins, or just curious, you’re welcome here!
Led by an ADHD expert and life coach, this meetup is designed to provide practical tools, meaningful conversations, and a supportive community for adults with ADHD.
What to Expect:
- A casual, supportive space designed for adults with ADHD.
- Introductions, group discussions, and sharing strategies.
- Opportunities to connect with others who understand your unique journey.
Details:
- Location: Cupertino Library, ThinkTank Room. Look for a sign that says “Empowered ADHDers.”
- What to Bring: Feel free to bring a notebook or anything that helps you feel comfortable (e.g., fidget tools). You might have some awesome epiphanies or want to stay in touch with others after the meetup!

- 3:15–4:15: Group discussion and sharing
- 4:15–4:30: Wrap-up and next steps
