For this event, there will be a prepaid charge $75/pp. I have to pre-pay to reserve a yurt. I will follow the same cancellation guidelines as outlined below by the restaurant.

Please read these guidelines to maximize your comfort: -IT IS CHILLY! The yurt does have a heater, but dress in appropriate winter outerwear and layers.

Reservations include a per person Food & Beverage minimum (not including tax + gratuity): Parties of 3-6ppl: $75pp min - Each reservation lasts two hours.

We cannot service the yurt in the event of rain. - Refunds will only be processed if the reservation is canceled 48 hours prior to the reservation.

If we have to cancel your reservation due to rain, we will refund the entire deposit.
