5k Social Run in Emsworth

The first event for this new group! 🏃‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️

A social 5k run around the centre of Emsworth for runners of all speeds - the focus is to run together, for fun, route finding and safety - we can go a little slower or faster if needed!

Please wear high viz/bright clothing and/or running light.

Room for a quick soft drink/beer after if anyone fancies.

In case useful, my not-very-fit running speed is about 9:30-9:45/mile at the moment!
