What we’re about
Meet some other folks programming on the Sunshine Coast. All skill levels welcome. The idea is to meet socially and possibly if we people interested in presenting get some updates and chat about new tech.
No posting job adverts to the group or direct recruiting or marketing companies or services.
Our reason for this is simple, we aim to have a high bandwidth environment for safely sharing and learning about programming.

It's that time of the year again! Join us to celebrate 2024!
Once a year, Coding from Beach members jump aboard MV Catalina with Peregian Digital Hub members and folks from the Sunny Coast's tech & digital industry sectors - incl. REBOOT (digital marketers), Screen Collective (film & TV professionals), Hub mentors, and Hub Cadet alumni.
Over a few icy drinks we'll sail up Noosa River to the lakes in time for sunset, dancing to cool tunes ... you catch up with friends from CfB, make new tech/digital industry friends, chat about new collabs, and maybe meet your next coder / designer / intern, mentor, or even investor!
Note: the Catalina only has capacity for 150 pax ... so we ask you to just bring your techie/CfB friends and colleagues on the Catalina. All other friends / partners are welcome to join us for the After Party at Whisky Boy from 7.45pm 'til late :).
Xmas Party Details:
When: Wednesday 4 December, we board MV Catalina at 4.15pm. We sail at 4.30pm, return to jetty 7.30pm.
Where: MV Catalina - ticket includes 3 hr sunset cruise up Noosa River, light meal, welcome drink, DJ tunes, great vibes and networking! Full cocktail bar onboard. 18+ only event.
