What we’re about
What we're about
What if there were a group of men in your life who you could trust enough to let down your guard and tell the truth?
What if there were a place to resolve internal conflicts, learn skills to help drive your success in relationships, in business, in LIFE?
What if your skills, insights and wisdom about life could be used in helping other men become more successful?
This group of men shares experiences and wisdom to support self-awareness and positive change. We are forming a community of peers who take risks to improve our lives and help others. This is FREE and open to all men of all backgrounds. Any man ready to follow some simple ground rules and take responsibility for himself is welcome. Hosted and facilitated by men from the ManKind Project.
The ManKind Project (MKP) is not affiliated with any religious practice or political party. We strive to be increasingly inclusive and affirming of cultural differences, especially with respect to color, class, sexual orientation, faith, age, ability, ethnicity, and nationality. The men who facilitate this group care deeply about making our communities safer, more open and more resilient. This work can have profound positive impacts on families, friendships and communities. Better health, more happiness, less anger, closer relationships with loved ones!
The way we see it, the world really needs men who have the strength to get real with one another and work together as brothers. Go-it-alone, dominating, chest pounding, 'tough it up' or 'laugh it off' masculinity is a facade that often covers up the truly effective, powerful, compassionate, nurturing, mature man.
