***NON-MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE:***
Non-Members will be sent a link to pay in order attend a practice. With the recent spat of no-shows we are forced to begin to charge for practices. This amount will be credited towards your yearly membership once you join. Thank you for your understanding
CURRENT PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS DURING POST-COVID:
- We are filling boats to capacity. If we have more than 20 people signed up, I will then work on finding a second steer for an additional boat.
- Preference will always be given to paid members however if a new paddler has paid their fee for the day's practice they will be moved over once payment is received.
- Masks are not required however please practice caution.
- Boat and Club equipment must be wiped down after use. No exceptions. We will supply the cleaning agents (EPA registered, professional grade) in order to do so. You may not leave without cleaning equipment.
- Unlike in the past, we will not swing by the dock to pick you up if you are late.
- Waivers for 2024 will need to be signed by all paddlers, both new and old.

Are you ready to take the dragon boat challenge!?!
This practice is an open practice and recommended for all paddlers even those that have never paddled before.
Yearly membership is only $200/yr plus you also get a racing shirt!
First Timers need to arrive at least 15-30 minutes early! Also you need to click on the MORE>FILES tab at the top of the web page and download the waivers. Bring your completed form with you. You will also need water to drink on the boat. Paddles, pfd's and the boat are provided.
Our typical practice consists of a 5-10 minute warm-up paddle at 50% intensity. We will vary the practice to enhance our endurance for races and focus on elements that need work based on the coach's assessment of our progress. Each practice has a mixture of fairly intense workouts and a whole bunch fun.
Outdoor Fun * Great Exercise * New Friends
