Hampton Court train station means easy access for non-car drivers but you must phone me if you are using this option.
I am putting on a walk which involves decent solid ground underfoot with only a few areas that could possibly be muddy or slippery, so safety is the factor here but it is also very nice as we walk along the Thames, have visits to Bushy Park and some gardens and onto Hampton Court. Here they have the annual ice rink erected which always creates a lovely atmosphere. Tea and coffee are available but there may be a big queue .
I have said 2.5 hours for this 5.5 mile walk but it can be extended if nobody is in a hurry.
