SA Hiking Community Christmas Hike 2024

In conjunction with Adelaide Walkers & Joggers lets all get together as Hikers within the SA Hiking Community and celebrate a Fantatsic Christmas Hike!

There have been a couple of "Christmas Hikes" posted over the past few years with various other groups, but this will be the First for Adelaide Adventure Seekers!

You MUST Dress up in a Christmas suit/outfit for the Hike and the Drinks afterwards!

Meeting for a 6.30pm Start at The Morialta Conservation Carpark on Stradbroke Road (see pindrop), The Walk itself will be approx 4-5kms / 1-2 hours and relatively easy as we walk from the Carpark on Stradbroke Road up to the First Waterfalls along the main road and return. The walk is really a symbolic celebration of Christmas with our Hiking/Walking friends rather than a serious Hiking event and will be followed by Drinks afterwards at The Rezz Hotel. Please bring a sandwich/roll or sufficient food or take your chances of purchasing food at the Hotel as the walk will be at Dinner time. I am hoping the group get behind this event, we have a big turn out and as many regular hosts as possible assist with managing a successful inaugural event - THE ADELAIDE ADVENTURE SEEKERS CHRISTMAS HIKE.

Bring water, sunscreen, shoes with good grip & REMEMBER YOU MUST DRESS UP IN A CHRISTMAS OUTFIT TO ATTEND THIS EVENT!
