Welcome to AREA (Amplifying Real Estate Investing for All)!  We are a group of collaborative and supportive real estate investors with one common goal - to help amplify real estate investing for one another!

We strive to achieve such a mission through:

  1. Complete Open Door Policy: Seriously.. everyone is welcome as long as you foster solidarity and mutual support for everyone's success in real estate investing
  2. Education: We not only host seminars regularly but also share with our valued members real-life case studies, as well as market updates via newsletters
  3. Networking: Come join our monthly and quarterly networking events. Meet up with like-minded real estate investors in our local area, brainstorm solutions to any challenges, or discuss your future projects with peers. Or simply just come join us for drinks and stress-relieving fun!
