Spectacular Blue Mountains, Valley Heights to Springwood 15km medium/hard

Exploring the Blue Mountains via this spectacular walk of 15km or so with a few ups and downs, rough tracks in places too! Lovely walking trails and view points with no fences, expect a bit of bush bashing from un managed tracks but nothing too hard! The walk itself is scenic but does have a couple big climbs of several hundred meters ascent...

Some say this adventurous walk is one of the best in the lower Blue Mountains. Sharks Head Cave is breathtaking and there are two other caves close by to explore. This route is a fantastic option for experienced bush walkers that conveniently connects Velley Heights and Springwood train stations. The first part of the track from there to Lost World features some technical challenges such as climbing up to high rocks, squeezing up a chimney, scrambling up a narrow steep gap. The rest of the walk is very interesting with nice spots to have a dip and enjoy the natural beauty.

About 15km in total give or take a couple of KM...
