### Course Overview

In this training, we will explore the boundless realm of embodiment—feeling deeply, moving freely, and expressing openly. This course is designed for those seeking depth, intimacy, and vitality in their relationships with themselves, others, and the world. Each session will feature an embodied meditation, movement explorations, and the core ART material.

### Why: Embodied Authentic Relating?

Authenticity—our truth, wisdom, and intuition—resides in the body. Relationships occur body-to-body, as our senses connect and communicate. Our gestures, posture, movements, and tone account for over 80% of our communication, much of which happens unconsciously. To be more genuine in our relationships, understand others better, and align our communication with our intentions, we must engage deeply with our bodies.

### How: A Reclamation of Presence

• Resourcing and Anchoring: Establish inner and outer support to create a sense of safety, allowing you (and others) to remain present in the body and in the moment.
• Sensing: Reconnect with the language of the senses.
• Feeling: Stay attuned to the freshly forming felt sense, tracking its movement within the body.
• Action: Translate authentic impulses into aligned actions, whether in conversation or other interactions.
