We organise various workshops and provide coaching services. Whether you're intrigued by mindfulness, breathwork techniques, cold water immersion, or spiritual healing, our offerings cater to diverse interests. Please note: We recommend not eating at least 1.5 hours before the workshop as breath work is most effective on an empty stomach. Please bring a water bottle and a notebook. The yoga studio provides mats, blankets and eye masks.
