This group is designed to help you break free from the pattern of self-neglect that often stems from family dynamics and cultural conditioning. Together, we’ll explore how early experiences can shape our beliefs around worthiness, self-care, and receiving support. Through group discussion and energy healing practices, we’ll work to release old patterns and emotions, such as shame, guilt, and hopelessness.
