LOCATION: Conveniently located 5 minutes off I 78 Exit 30
9 Broadwinge Circle
Hamburg, Pa 19526
WHEN: 2nd and 4th Wednesday’s of Every month.
TIME: 7 Sharp until 10PM
PARKING: No parking in front of the House but ample parking at the beginning of the cul de sac and on the main road.
NOTIFICATION: Please call Tim @ 484-877-0518 the day of only to let me know you are coming. I hate surprises. Leave a message or text.
BEVERAGES: No alcohol, I’ll provide coffee with minimal donations required.
All other beverages will be self provided and you’re welcome to bring a small cooler. No freeloaders!
SNACKS: Self Provided within reason. Chips, pretzels etc not Subs, Pizza etc.
At some point I may have a small commissary stand as we grow.
PERSON LIMIT: 20-30, players only, no guests at all.
ATMOSPHERE: Friendly and Laid back. I reserve the right to eject anyone if people trash talk or become disrespectful. This is a time to make friends not rivals. Men and women 18 and up. I reserve the right to see proper state issued ID. No minors.
