Candlelight Sound Bath

Soothe your senses with the soft warm glow of candlelight and relax into an effortless harmonic sound experience: the yoga of deep listening. Find inner stillness as varying sounds, frequencies, overtones, and vibrations wash over you. Quartz crystal bowls, metal Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, vocals, body harp, Native American flutes, vocals, drums, and more.

There is no movement involved. Comfort is key, so large plush bolsters and blankets will be provided to support and nurture your body in such a way that you are able to more deeply relax.

Please bring your own yoga mat. Studio mat rentals are $3 apiece.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Our events and classes begin and end on time. To ensure the safety and comfort of our attendees, presenters, and staff, the doors will lock promptly at the posted start time and late entries will not permitted. Please do not knock on the door if you are late and the door is locked.

​Black Cat Yoga workshops and events are nonrefundable, and your reservation can only be used for the date it was purchased for. In the event that a workshop or event is canceled by us, participants will receive a full refund or a credit to their studio account. Absence or late arrivals to a workshop or series are nonrefundable.
