Experienced meditators are invited to join us for peaceful silent sitting and walking meditation. Led by Ann Potter, this weekly quiet nurturing of your spirit is without instruction and is timed. It has been created as a supportive, friendly and warm space to consistently practice with others who have established a personal practice but find they enjoy sitting with a group as well. Come for a portion or entire session.

- Venice Tergar Meditation and Study Group In Person and ZoomVenice United Church of Christ, Venice, FL
There are no prerequisites for attending our group meeting. All are welcome!
Tergar Groups are based on The Joy of Living teachings of Buddhist teacher, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. Join us each week for 20 minutes of guided meditation followed by a book discussion or deepening meditation sessions.
Our current book is Why We Meditate: The Science and Practice of Clarity and Compassion by Daniel Goleman and Tsoknyi Rinpoche.
