Bouldering in Hamburg

PLEASE READ ENTIRELY IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST EVENT!

We will meet for a bouldering session at Urban Apes St. Pauli. This event is open to anyone regardless of ability or experience, and both English and German are commonly spoken.

If you have not climbed at Urban Apes before, you will need to fill out a registration when you arrive, this essentially says that you are accepting the risks inherent to the sport. It costs 16,90 € for a single entry, and you can rent climbing shoes and liquid chalk for 3,50 € each if needs be. Please arrive 15 minutes or so early to give yourself time to sign in and get changed. If you would like to put your belongings in a locker, you need to bring your own padlock. However many people also choose to leave their belongings in the open without an issue.

We meet downstairs in the central area underneath the walkway that goes to reception at 12pm. If you're late, come and find us either in the training area or on the mats. If it's your first time, you can receive a short induction from an organiser.

Depending on how we feel we sometimes go out for food or drinks afterwards.
