New walk: Beach walk! The Spit to Main Beach/brekkie at Southport Surf Club

Note September 28, not September 21.

Let's get a gorgeous beach walk in, before summer hits. The Spit is close to Brisbane.

The walk is about 1 hour 15 minutes to the Southport Surf Club where we'll have breakfast (whatever), and then head back.

The Surf Club is right on the water and has amazing views. We've been there before. The food is good. We'll arrive in time for Breakfast.

BRING: $3 in coins, and water
WEAR: no shoes on the beach or shoes suitable for the sand; sunscreen and a hat
PARKING: loads of parking - drive to the very end of The Spit.
MEET: outside the cafe.
