Life Drawing at McGuffey Art Center welcomes artists of all levels!* Join us for 3-hour, uninstructed sessions drawing/painting/sculpting from a live model each Thursday evening (6-9pm) and Sunday afternoon (2-5pm).
All participants contribute $15 for the model fee. Cash is required (correct change please!)
*Adults, and teens who have written parental permission to draw from the nude model may participate.

3-hour, uninstructed life drawing sessions open to the public for artists to draw or paint from a live model. Sessions begin with short and dynamic poses to warm up with gesture drawings, and then progress to longer poses for more finished works. Some sessions will be 3-hour long pose. Models are a combination of nude and/or draped, depending on the day and model. Artists of all experience levels are welcome. All attendees are required to sign a guidelines agreement and liability waiver on their first visit. See the guidelines agreement for detailed notes on materials (specifically regarding oil painting).

What to Bring
- Bring your own art materials (all mediums are welcome!). Easels and chairs are provided.
- $15 cash for the model fee.
