I’m Lina, a color designer based in Toulouse who loves cappuccino, arts, staying active, and sharing it all with you! Welcome to our group! :)
What We Do ?
We meet every Monday and Friday at 7:30 AM to run, draw, and enjoy coffee together.
After a year of this journey, we’ve seen how much an early morning routine can boost our stamina, creativity, and overall mood.
Why Join Us? #CMR isn’t about speed or distance; it’s about enjoying the outdoors, getting creative, and connecting with like-minded early birds. Just bring your shoes and a positive attitude—you’ll feel great after! New or experienced, ALL are WELCOME !!!
NEW ! We’ve added some fun strength training 🏋️♀️🏋️ on Fridays, but don’t worry—drawing and coffee are still non-negotiable! 🎨☕️
