Rescheduled: CHC Meetup - The Element of Water and You 💦

*Due to last minute cancelations from folks who had situations out of their control, I did not end up holding the last meetup. I am rescheduling it for Saturday, the 23rd, and would love to see you there! Please read the revised write-up for details.

💧 How does the fact that you are a water being relate to your health and well being? What are some things you can do to support the function of water in your body?

💧Learn also how water is related to your emotions and a powerful embodiment practice to help you dial in to self love.

💧Gather a magical berry found at the sanctuary to take home to use for a simple purifying bath soak.

💧We'll conclude with a walk around the sanctuary to learn about the importance of, and ways to capture and hold water on the land. Everything from storing water that flows off the roof, to the creek that flows through the sanctuary, to the seasonal floods and how to use them to advantage. I will share some of the insights I've gained over the years with talking to permaculture designers, engineers, the DNR, and my own research into ecosystem water management.

🧣Please dress warmly for being outdoors, but we will also be able to meet in the hoophouse for part of the time, which is quite warm if it's sunny. Or we may have a fire in the fire circle and meet there depending on which seems best for the weather. Light refreshments will be served.
