- Atlantic Ocean - hands down the nation's favorite oceanfront vacation destination - based on vacation travel data. - Wildwoods Beach - legendary beach, at some points 500 yards deep, known for its quality sand and well-kept condition. Bonus - this is a tagless free beach which is not common in New Jersey.
- Wildwood Boardwalk - the 19th-century beginnings of a few planks along the beach became one of the nation's most renowned vacation destinations. 38 blocks of award-winning oceanfront real estate with all the entertainment bells and whistles that can be fit into 2 miles of beach make this boardwalk a popular vacation spot.
- Ocean Oasis Water Park - this waterpark built on a deep oceanfront pier with its own beach area makes hot summer days all that more enjoyable.
- North Wildwood Sea Wall - marks the island's north end where the ocean pounds away at its hardest. It is a scenic spot with expansive ocean views.
- Hereford Inlet Lighthouse - this historical 1874 operational lighthouse is open for tours, and great ocean views.
- Wildwood Dog Park and Beach - a 20' fire hydrant and beach area for dogs.
- Morey's Piers Amusement Park - classic beach amusement park.
Two bikeways:

About this Event
### Eastside D.C. Bikeways
#### - a Smart-guided Selfie Cycle Tour
Immerse into D.C.'s best-kept secret - a collection of bikeways woven throughout its consistent award-winning inner-city park system.
The District of Columbia (D.C.) may be one of America's most toured locations. Especially, in the Washington area where there is no shortage of touring companies to help tourists see what it is all about. This tour is different than all the rest. It is a smart-guided tour*. And, it takes you away from downtown Washington to explore the surrounding park bikeways. Did I mention award-winning parks - year after year?
*Why choose a Smart-guided Selfie Cycle Tour?
You get all the benefits of a guided tour without the drawbacks of a tour guide, other tourists, time restrictions, and a rigid tour agenda. With this smart-guided tour, you can go when you want, at your speed, and hang out at a spot as long as you wish. You can even wander off the planned route and the smart guide will get you back on track when you are ready.Natural beauty is the highlight of this bikeway tour. A large tour segment travels along the resilient Anacostia River on wide bikeways with open riverfront views.
Anacostia Park runs the length of the east side of the river, where you may catch the festivities of outdoor sports, family picnics, and cookout aromas. It is home to Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens, a National Park Service gem adorned with boardwalks, lotus blooms, lilies, other marsh flora, dragonflies, beavers, and other marshland wildlife.
On the west side of the river, outdoor sports, people fishing, city sounds, docksides, and river traffic become part of the eclectic symphony of nature and civilization cohabitating on this beautiful stretch of riverfront. Picturesque Kingman Lake and Kingman Lake Island connect to this side of the tour route upon wide wooden boardwalks giving the tourist a unique perspective of the historical and ever-changing Kingman Lake area.
A midway tasty waterfront spot is included in the tour route which is friendly to furry friends if you happen to be touring with yours (found on Bring Fido). Details are included with the tour links.
The route follows the lay of the land which is level with only 174' of climbing over 14 miles. It is an 83% bikeway floop (like a loop, but flattened in the middle - a floop) and mostly unshaded. In some short segments the route shares the road with motor vehicles. As usual, the tour comes with the CycleNuts 50% downhill guarantee. There are a few segments where you might use your bike gears, but nothing to work up too much of a sweat about. Speaking of sweating - it's optional. You set your pace, starting time, and touring agenda with CycleNuts' expert smart-guided cycle tour pattern.

About this Event
### Valley Forge National Historical Park Bikeways
#### - Smart-guided Selfie Tour
Along with American history buffs, cycle tourists will enjoy touring this national treasure chock full of scenic vistas, and great bikeways.
The 3,500-acre Valley Forge National Historical Park is amazing to explore, especially on a bike tour! Visitors can peek into American history with General George Washington's headquarters and an encampment of the Continental Army during the American Revolutionary War.
This is also home to the National Memorial Arch, modeled after Rome's Arch of Titus. Dedicated in 1917, this grand structure memorializes the triumphant arrival of General Washington and the Continental Army during the winter of 1777-78.
Natural beauty also adorns the tour route. Along with the scenic park grounds the Schuylkill River and Perkiomen Creek provide ample waterside vistas to take in along the way. The tour also visits Lower Perkiomen Valley Park, a popular 107-acre area for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.
The tour comes in two lengths - 15-miles and 31-miles. Both options explore Valley Forge National Historical Park. The longer tour is more in-depth and travels further along the Schuylkill River Bikeway.
A tasty spot towards the end of the tour is included, which is friendly to furry friends if you happen to be touring with yours (found on Bring Fido). Details are included with the tour links.
The route follows the lay of the land which is mostly flat with only 400' of climbing over 15 miles on the Short tour and 885' of climbing over 31 miles on the Long tour. Both tours are an 83% bikeway loop mostly on paved bikeways with some crushed stone segments, and about 50% shaded. In some short segments the route shares the road with motor vehicles.
