Ignite your cardio + muscles!
Ignite is a combination of bootcamp style interval training that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves to a great music soundtrack for a fantastic all over workout.
Class is broken down into 3 sections:
- Cardio + Hiit
- Leg + Lower body Exercises
- Upper Body + Core Exercises
In each class you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes.
Please do not worry about the RSVP numbers in the group as classes always run unless it is not listed on the calendar. Meet up is only one way I get the word around.
Please bring your smile, energy, plenty of water, a towel and a jacket for after class.
Please wear clothes you are comfortable exercising in and also performing movements such as planks, sit ups etc. Wear really good supportive shoes that you would wear running. Please bring a Yoga Mat - if you don't have one it's ok we have Blue Crash Mats you can use. I do suggest wearing a pair of exercise gloves if you have them, makes it easier when we do go down to the floor.
