What we’re about
Meet amateur photographers from in and around the Decatur area! Come to a Photography Meetup to share tips and techniques, attend photo shoots, share your images and stories -- and have fun. At least once a month we'll organize a photo shoot around a subject, or at an interesting spot in or around Atlanta. Other meetings will be planned around instructional tips to help you get the most out of your equipment. This group is primarily for amateurs. You should have a basic understanding of photography and a digital camera, but have a passion for improving both artistically and technically. If you are an experienced photo hobbyist, please be willing to assist those are still learning how to create high quality images.
