What we’re about

With so many places to eat, drink and be merry in Brighton & Hove, we have created a Group to make full use of what the City has to offer. We aim to bring together people with interesting conversation at events with good food, washed down with wine or other drinks, in pubs, restaurants and even some pop up places around town.

Our members tend to be aged 40+ but age is not the driver. Membership is £5 per year, charged once you have been to a couple of events, which covers the costs of running the platform. As you would expect, you pay for what you consume at each event. The Organiser retains the right to determine the membership of this Group.

We are always looking for more people willing to act as hosts - please contact the organiser if you are interested

We do expect members to manage their own social diaries & attend events if they RSVP Yes or if Waitlisted, to monitor the list to see if they get lucky. We have a Group policy which is on the Pages Section to explain the way we ask members to operate with us.

If you wish to join, please ensure that your profile pic is a recent photo of you (not your pet or a landscape or a cartoon) so we can recognise you and of course your first name or full name if you prefer.
