What we’re about
Dining and Adventures is a meetup group intended to bring together adult singles and couples for social activities. Dinners, dances, concerts, karaoke, theatrical productions, bonfires, etc. are events you should expect to see posted here in this group.
The Seacoast areas of New Hampshire and southern Maine extending over to Rochester and along Route 16 down to Hampton Beach will be the primary locations for events. But we are also considering activities in the lake and mountain areas of New Hampshire which may even include overnight stays for couples.
If there is a need to cancel an event due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, members will be notified no later than 7:00 p.m. the day before !!
All prospective members must have a recent profile picture for accceptance into the group!!

On Saturday November 23 at 6:30 PM, we''ll be dining at The Spaulding Steak and Ale which is the restaurant located inside The Governor's Inn. Hard to believe Thanksgiving is the Thursday after and the holiday season follows soon after, so let's get together before the Christmas Festivities begin!!.
We suggest you park in the rear of the building and enter through the rear door. Proceed straight through towards the reception desk and turn right and you will see the restaurant. We will be in the dining room behind the bar which is a nice cozy area to dine with our Meetup Friends. Food has always been good and with surprisingly reasonable prices!
For those who would like to participate in a Murder Mystery, Pete will be leading one after dinner which should begin between 8:00-8:30. Wear comfy clothes and THEY MUST BE ALL BLACK!! These can be lot of fun but he needs at least twelve people to participate!!! We will be combining this dinner with the event on Trailblazers!
