Stress Reduction Hypnosis Group Session

American Board of Hypnotherapist certified Hypnotherapist providing in person group sessions

During the two hours we will;

1. Introductions
2. Answer any questions you may have.
3. Approximately a 45 minute hypnosis session
4. Discussion / reflection
5. Light Refreshments (we ask that you bring a small treat to share with everyone.)

*** It’s important that you arrive on time, not to disturb the session once it gets started***

Cost: FREE for this month
Donations can be made at the event, if you choose to do so.
