Heal Through Dance: Somatic Movement & Ecstatic Dance

Dear CommUnity, Welcome to a journey where we will dance, move, breathe and heal. Our movement is based on free form ecstatic dance and somatic embodiment practices. Our mantra is a positive affirmation that we use to infuse our energy field with a higher vibration. Our meditation is an energy healing meditation that will bring balance to the nervous system.

MOVEMENT: No dance experience needed. Our movement practices is a blend of free form ecstatic dance and somatic embodiment practices that help us get out of our thinking mind and connect with our body as we release stress and tension.

MANTRA: We use sound to awaken our voice! We use sound to move heavy energy out of our body. We use sound to awaken the chakras and clear blocks that may be inhibiting the flow of the innate wisdom of our body.

MEDITATION: We end our practice with Live Music and Sound Healing. We infuse the energy field with angelic vocals, sound healing music and the gold light meditation. Leave this practice feeling energized, relaxed and balanced.

About The Facilitators:

Meet Star who brought the seeds of Ecstatic Dance to Florida back in 2012 and has trained facilitators over the past 12 years who are now facilitating many forms of healing dance and creating events throughout the state. Star wrote the book Heal Through Dance which has become an international best selling and award winning book in the holistic space. Heal Through Dance blends free form ecstatic dance with embodiment practices including: grounding, earthing, breathwork, somatic movement and guided meditation.

Jaime and Star Triana come together in love, music and marriage. The divine duo has created JaiStar Studios, JaiStar Music and JaiStar Realty team. They love helping others awaken their voice and find their Soul's purpose and sanctuary.
