What we’re about
We are a social group for like minded people to ride Brisbane Bike ways roads or paths. Wanting to see some great scenery get some fresh air and with good company.
Brisbane have fantastic bike paths from Moreton bay in the north, many more Southside in the Redlands area and lots in between. Come along and enjoy the ride, also meeting new people. We are a social group your safety is our priorty if an accident does happen we are not liable in any form.
All bikes should be in good condition and maintained. We recommend you keep emergency information handy, carry water and a kit to repair a flat also chains do break so joining links or spare chain can get you going again.
All riders must wear helmets that comply with the law and the Australian Safety Standard. All bikes should meet all laws which may be relevant to it ie: warning devices, reflectors & or lights and speed restrictions.
Photos are taken mostly of a group to be posted on meetup only. When you join you agree to group photos individual photos are between the Photographer and the individual.
RSVP and No shows we request if you are not attending please remove yourself from going to not going. If an individual does not show up repeatedly on rides action may be taken!
This is a new group so no fees are being charged just yet. Meetup do charge fees so unfortunately i will have to pass them on. I am leaning towards a $10 yearly fee but would be very happy to have members input on there preferences. I am looking at starting charging with fees due in the month of January and new years being due day.
