The sound of HU when sung out loud or quietly to oneself can bring spiritual upliftment, serenity, joy and expanded awareness of your true self, Soul. You can join in regardless of your background or faith. The HU has helped people of many different faiths experience the presence of God in their lives.
The HU chant will be followed by relaxed, authentic spiritual conversation where you are invited to share or you can just listen in.
